This authentic Serbian plum brandy is produced from the top quality plum fruits called Požegaca that are growing in surroundings of towns Ivanjica, Valjevo and Čačak. Drink is produced according to the traditional recipe with respect to modern norms and standards. We separate kernels in the processing, which results in a luxurious taste and reduces the percentage of methyl alcohol. Rakia is distilled in a copper brandy still, heated with an open wood flame, and treated with distilled water, which comes from the mountain Golija. We leave our rakia to age for 3 years in the cellar, in oak barrels.
