Our apricot rakia is produced from the high quality apricot fruits of the mountainous regions in Šumadija. Apricot brandy is made based on the traditional recipe respecting modern norms and quality standards. We separate kernels during the process, which results in a luxurious taste and significantly reduces the percentage of methyl alcohol (the one that should be blamed for the hangover). Brandy is distilled in a copper brandy still, heated with an open wood flame, and treated with distilled water, which comes from the mountain Golija.
